About Me

was a student at lobley hill school untill the age of 11yrs then went to brighton road untill the age of 15, i was a chiorboy at all saints lobley hill from the age of 8 untill i was in my thirties this was when they had bought a new organ for the church and realised there was nothing wrong with the old one it was my voice, i had lots of friends when i lived there and one day i shall make a list and enter it here, john.

I knew John, lived round the corner, went to Brighton, same choir, though I left this at 18. I sometimes played the then new organ for sunday school etc.

The Michael Bushell I knew from Lobley Hill lived in the houses at the bottom of the bank on the left hand side coming up before the Coach Road.... His father had a vegetable shop in the old building and other Vegetable Shops I believe on Coatsworth Road.....
